At Waiū we take care of the quality of our products by using quality inputs (raw milk and ingredients), modern processing technology and 3rd party certified food safety and quality management systems. Waiū Dairy is FSSC22000 certified. Our certificate can be viewed here.
Waiū Dairy operates a Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) approved Risk Management Programme (RMP) which includes HACCP plans. The RMP is regularly audited by a MPI approved Recognised Agency.
We use independent IANZ accredited laboratories (part of the MPI Recognised Laboratory Programme) to test the quality of our final product.
